Property Photography - House sale photos

A rather unusual exercise recently involved taking photos of my own house to supply to estate agents to put it on the market, for sale.
Not the sort of thing you do particularly often, and it is a rather strange feeling promoting your own home for sale, with all the implications and emotions that brings.
I found it rather an interesting prospect to be able to compare the photos I could take with those produced by estate agents themselves, as viewed on the usual house-selling websites.
I have to say that I was very pleased with the results, to the extent that, when we saw the photos, we questioned why we would want to sell a house that looks that nice.
Without going into details, there is a really good reason why we want to move (need somewhere larger!), so staying is not an option. Hope the photos have the desired effect.

Property Photo's

I was recently asked to take some photographs for a gentleman who is looking to sell his property. He wanted a set of pictures to make an impression on would-be purchasers and was very pleased with the results.
People photography is where I spend most of my time, but I also really do enjoy doing commercial photography, where the subjects do not move around so much.

Gutters and wall cappings

I have recently completed a list of projects for which a manufacturing company wanted pictures of their products installed, for use on their website gallery.
The list took me to such far away places as Worcester, Fulham, Edinburgh, Weston-Super-Mare, Ipswich, Luton airport, Hatfield and Camberley.
Being a fan of good design, in whatever field, the chance to see recently completed buildings, and to enjoy the modern architecture, has been an enjoyable experience.
