Reflections on a weekend's wedding

I love to use reflections in my wedding photography. Mirrors and shiny objects are some of my best friends when it comes to being creative, giving a different angle, and/or perspective on a situation. The wedding I shot at the weekend for a fellow photographer was no exception, as these photo's show.

Vincent & Flavia

I recently had the pleasure of working at an event featuring an exhibition by Vincent and Flavia, of Strictly Come Dancing fame, where I was able to take some photos of the couple dancing, and then with guests. The guests were able to buy copies of their pictures with Vincent & Flavia to take home with them on the night, which proved very popular.
Vincent & Flavia always request a CD with full resolution copies on, and some of the pictures are now featured on their own website, www.vincentandflavia.com.

Weekend in the Yorkshire Dales

We recently had a lovely weekend away in the Yorkshire Dales, sdtaying at the best B & B in the Dales (Heather Cottage at Aysgarth).
I've included a couple of photo's taken at Aysgarth falls, one a general view of the lower falls, and a lovely shot of a Dipper I managed to capture just in one of the crevices next to the falls.

My new grandson

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of seeing my new-born grandson for the first time. He is absolutley wonderful and I can't wait to spend more time with him. The expectation is, as always, to take some photo's but, hey, that's what I do, so why not.
