Among those gathered were Lee Boardman, Shayne Ward and Faye McKeever, to help to raise funds for The Children's Adventure Farm Trust. Based around a beautiful 17th century farmhouse, in the heart of Cheshire countryside, the Charity offers free adventure breaks and activities to children who are disadvantaged by illness, disability and poverty, from all over the Northwest (a very worthwhile cause in my opinion).
Guests were greeted by two very tall ladies, dapper looking young men and papparrazzi photographers, and treated to goody bags at the tables.
There were some very impressive prizes offered by sponsors for the auction, and chocolate bar golden ticket draw. The food provided by The Lowry was very high standard and delicious.
The main entertainment was courtesy of Souled as Seen, an excellent band who went down very well and had the dance floor full.
For those who did not have the pleasure of being there, and as a reminder to those who were, here's a selection of pictures.
